A Nepali NGO Swatantra Jagrit Yuwa Samuha assisting An American Organization Jara for researching of electronic tablet for betterment of education system in Nepal. Secretary Gagan Ranjit is assisting this project from Swatantra Jagrit Yuwa Samuha and Soraya Fouladi is leading this project from Jara.
This Project is focused on scaling quality education to the most underserved regions, so that everyone can have the opportunity to live the life they want to live.The project is in beginning steps where there is no assumption and notes are taken from the peoples.That is how effective humanitarian development is created. The program and product are co-created alongside the people who have asked for/want the support. In Nepal, the research on the effects post-natural disaster on children. The prototypes will be tested at the end of the research sessions!
This research trip is joined by Oliver Farshi, previously Program Manager and Senior Designer at Google.org with over a decade of experience launching products/programs for the United Nations, Nokia, Lego and many others, and Natasha Jimenez, Designer and Engineer who has developed projects with organizations including IRC, UNHCR and Mercy Corps. They cofounded Outside, a design agency that uses human-centered design and user-research practices to reduce suffering and promote peace and wellbeing.
